Refund Policy

Effective November 2, 2026. This policy applies to purchases of the Hanger Hustle Playbook from Finesseville LLC and is part of our Terms of Service.

30-day refund

If the Hanger Hustle Playbook does not give you a clear plan, you may request a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of your purchase date. Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order details. That is all we need. We do not require you to prove you tried it.

How refunds work

  • We will confirm your request by email, usually within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
  • The refund covers the Playbook purchase price. It does not cover taxes or fees that a payment processor does not return to us, costs you incurred elsewhere (such as supplies, shipping or marketplace fees), or any action a third-party platform takes on your account.
  • After a refund, your license to the Playbook and its downloads ends. Please delete your copies and stop using them. We may disable your download access.
  • One refund per customer. If you are refunded and buy again, the 30-day period applies to the new purchase only where we agree, and we may decline repeat refund requests that appear abusive.

What is not refundable

  • The free Item Profit Check Sheet and 7-Day Quick Start, because they are free.
  • Requests made after the 30-day period.
  • Purchases refunded or reversed already through your bank or payment processor.

Please contact us before disputing a charge

If something is wrong with your order, email us first. A refund request to us is faster than a chargeback, and we will handle it under this policy. If a chargeback is filed, we may respond to it with our delivery records and these policies, as described in our Terms of Service.

Results are not guaranteed

This is a satisfaction refund for the product. It is not a promise that you will earn any amount of money. See the Terms of Service.
