Terms of Service

Effective November 2, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Finesseville LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Finesseville," "we," "us"). They apply to our pages, the free Item Profit Check Sheet and 7-Day Quick Start, the Hanger Hustle Playbook, and all related downloads, tools, templates and emails (together, the "Products" and "Services"). By downloading, buying or using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Please read Sections 6 through 11 carefully. They limit our liability, require arbitration of most disputes and waive class actions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for following the laws and platform rules that apply to you.

2. License and acceptable use

When you download the free sheet or buy the Playbook, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products for your own use. You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:

  • copy, resell, share, rent, post, publish, distribute or make the Products available to others, in whole or in part, including through accounts, groups, torrents or file-sharing;
  • remove copyright or other notices, or claim the Products as your own work;
  • use the Products to build, train or populate a competing product, course or service;
  • use the Products to break the law or any platform's rules.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The Products, our brand names, logos and content are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

3. Educational content only

The Products are for general education and information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting or business advice, and we are not lawyers, accountants or financial advisors. Nothing in the Products creates an advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for getting professional advice for your situation, including tax obligations on any income you earn.

4. No guarantee of results. No income claims.

We make no promise, guarantee or representation that you will earn any money or achieve any result. The Playbook describes one person's experiences from a short test, including the numbers from that test. Those results are examples. They are not typical, not a promise, and not a forecast of what you will earn. Many people who try reselling earn little or nothing. Your results depend on factors we do not control, including your inventory, pricing, photos, effort, skill, time, location, competition, market demand and platform changes. Any examples, figures or screenshots are for illustration only. You use the Products at your own risk.

5. Third-party platforms, rules and your account

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or an official partner of Vinted, Inc. or any other marketplace, payment provider or shipping carrier. Names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Marketplace terms, Catalog Rules, fees, policies, features and enforcement change often and without notice. The Playbook reflects our understanding and one seller's experience at the time of writing. It may be incomplete or out of date. It includes a "Do, Don't and Gray Areas" chapter that is our own interpretation, not an official statement and not a guarantee that any activity is permitted. You are solely responsible for reading, understanding and following each platform's current terms and rules, for how you source, list, price, ship and sell, and for any account you use. We are not responsible for any action a platform takes, including warnings, listing removals, restrictions, suspensions, closures, withheld funds, fees, or loss of access or earnings, and we do not control or guarantee any platform's decisions.

Some links may be referral or affiliate links. If you sign up through one, we may receive a reward from the platform at no extra cost to you. We disclose this where the links appear. We recommend nothing that you should rely on without doing your own research.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and that the products will be error-free, uninterrupted or produce any result. Spreadsheets, calculators and tools are provided as aids only. Check their output yourself before relying on it. Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finesseville LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, income, savings, data, goodwill, business opportunity or account access, arising out of or relating to the products, services or these terms, however caused and even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims relating to the products or these terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the product that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $50 if you paid nothing).

These limits apply to every legal theory, including contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise. They do not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

8. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Finesseville LLC and its owners, members, employees and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Products, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party or platform rule, or items you list, sell or ship.

9. Informal resolution first

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] with a written description of the problem and what you want. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. Both sides must complete this step before starting arbitration or court action.

10. Binding arbitration and class action waiver

Arbitration. Except for small-claims court cases and claims about intellectual property, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitration will take place in Oswego County, New York, or by video or written submissions if you prefer. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead.

Class action waiver. You and we may bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine claims or preside over any class proceeding.

Opt out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and email address.

Jury waiver. If a dispute ends up in court, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial, to the extent the law allows. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration section will not apply to that claim, and it must be heard in court.

11. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first. We can resolve most issues quickly with a refund under our Refund Policy. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead, we may give your payment processor and bank information about your purchase, your delivery and download records, your emails with us and these Terms to contest it. We may suspend access to the Products while a dispute is open.

12. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms.

13. Electronic communications and delivery

You agree to receive notices, receipts and downloads from us electronically, including by email. Products are delivered digitally. Make sure your email address is correct and that our emails are not blocked. You are responsible for saving your downloads.

14. Changes to the Products and Terms

We may update, correct, change or discontinue the Products at any time, including to keep them current. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Your continued use after the change means you accept it. Changes do not apply to disputes that began before they were posted.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 10, you agree that any court action will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in or serving Oswego County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. General

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the complete agreement between you and us about the Products.
  • Severability: if a part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part will be limited to the minimum extent needed.
  • No waiver: if we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.
  • Assignment: you may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours, including in a sale of the business.
  • Survival: sections that by their nature should continue after these Terms end, including 2 through 11 and 15, will survive.
  • Consumer rights: nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.
